Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technician to join our team. As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to automotive repair and maintenance. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on vehicles
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
- Conduct inspections and identify any additional repairs needed
- Use schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems
- Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as necessary
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and services performed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technician or similar role in the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair techniques and procedures
- Proficient in using hand tools and diagnostic equipment
- Familiarity with automotive systems including brakes, shocks/struts, and suspension
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex issues
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to customers
- Customer service-oriented mindset
